If you choose the 'Artist Promo' option for your campaign, we will collaborate with Bang Productions to create an exclusive version of the song, featuring an artist promo where the artist introduces the track. This version can be further personalised by radio stations with their own jingles, making it unique for them, which increases its likelihood of being played. The introductions can even be recorded using a phone, as they will be seamlessly integrated into the music by our production team with high quality.

Radio promotion typically involves collaborating with radio stations and their music directors to ensure that an artist’s tracks are played on air.
Successful radio promotion can increase an artist’s visibility, expand their listener base, and indirectly contribute to increased album and concert ticket sales. Achieving this requires a well-thought-out strategy, persistence, and close collaboration with radio station staff.
Thanks to Syndicast’s platform, which incorporates innovative technological advancements, we can quickly and efficiently promote tracks to hundreds of radio stations worldwide.
After registering, you can create your radio promotion campaign on our site in just a few simple steps, similar to how a distribution service platform operates. Simply select the type of campaign, upload your track, along with the necessary files and information for the campaign (cover art, press pack, short description, genre, ISRC code, etc.), then set the campaign’s target regions and launch date.
Once our team reviews and approves your track, a single click is all it takes to complete the payment, and your campaign can begin immediately! Your track will then be available in the system, where our radio station partners can listen to, download, and soon after, broadcast it.
The service can be used by record labels, independent artists, and music management teams. Please note that if a record label is in any way connected to the track being promoted (e.g., for release, distribution, etc.), we require approval from the record label before launching the campaign.
A “Standard Campaign” includes promotion to radio stations, features in weekly newsletters, various in-system marketing tools to promote your music to our radio partners, access to real-time campaign data, a 1-year global radio airplay monitoring service, and detailed reports. Unless you prefer otherwise, we keep each track in the system for 5 years, during which time radio stations can access the music, generating additional downloads and airplays.
In “Campaigns with Artist Promo,” we create a version of your track where the artist introduces the song. This version can be further customized by radio stations, allowing them to add their own jingles, making it unique. Radios often prefer to play these versions. You can record the introduction even with your phone, as our production team can seamlessly integrate it into the music with high-quality results.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any submitted music. Our goal is to ensure that radio stations appreciate our content and that labels and artists are satisfied with the campaign results. This is why we have a “quality control” team that reviews each track individually. If a song is well-produced, mastered, and radio-friendly, we will accept it. If not, we typically recommend promoting a different track.
In addition to accessing your campaign data, we also provide a third-party radio airplay monitoring service. This data is delivered to you in report form through the platform after 1, 2, 4, and 6 months. The reports include information such as which radio stations played your song, when it was played, and in which countries.
This not only verifies the effectiveness of our promotional efforts but also provides valuable insights that you can use to fine-tune your future music marketing strategies.
Unfortunately, no. Radio promotion (plugging) campaigns are based on a single track and can only include one version of the release. This could be the radio edit, the original version, or any other version of your choice (such as a remix). If you choose a package that includes an “Artist Promo Edit,” it’s recommended to also upload the extended version. Once the campaign is launched, it is not possible to modify the track or upload additional versions.
Once you submit your track, our quality control team will listen to it and review the provided release information. You will receive feedback on the next steps within one business day.

Currently, pop, dance, and electronic music are the most popular, but our platform also features tracks from other genres. Our radio partners cover a wide range of genres. The music profile of each station, as well as the tastes of their audience, influences which tracks they choose to download and broadcast.
We can’t predict the exact number in advance, as the number of radio stations that download and broadcast your song depends on how the music directors evaluate it. If they like your track, they will download it and put it on their playlist. In a successful radio promotion campaign, the more radio stations we reach, the greater the chance to increase your song’s reach and listenership. Our detailed reports will show you which radio stations have downloaded and aired your song.
