What if my episode contains explicit content?

It is crucial to mark your episode as explicit if it contains any such material, especially since radio stations may not listen to the entire episode before broadcasting it. The radio show creators are responsible for distinguishing between clean and explicit content.

Broadcasting explicit content without a warning can result in the stations being fined by the authorities.

They trust Syndicast, and we, in turn, trust you. Please take this responsibility seriously and always mark any explicit content.

Below, you will find a general definition of explicit content:

  • Strong language or swearing (even a single word may suffice)
  • References to violence, physical, or mental abuse
  • References to sexual behavior
  • Discriminatory language
