Radio syndication is a crucial element of the radio industry, playing a vital role in distributing programmes to broader audiences. It allows independent producers to share their content with a larger audience and enables radio stations to fill their schedules with engaging content while expanding their listenership.

When a radio station wants to broadcast a show, they first need to subscribe to the programme. They must provide the broadcasting day and time, as well as a direct link to their website or social media where we/host can find the program. Our team reviews every subscription to ensure accuracy. Once subscribed, the radio station can access episodes of the shows in mp3 format in different bitrates via the dashboard or have them sent directly to their server via auto-FTP. They also receive email notifications when new episodes are available. Radio show creators are notified via email when a new radio station subscribes to their show.

  1. The programme for syndication must be produced without station IDs and mentioning any particular station names.

  2. The show should contain jingles and/or voice-overs. The ideal is one-liner or sweeper in every 5-8 minutes.

  3. The length of the show must be either 60 or 120 minutes. Preferably 59 or 119 minutes. If you leave it longer your show will not be played full or will cause a delay in schedules.

  4. The program must be properly mastered and in high-quality.

  5. The show must be uploaded as mp3 320kbps and with no artwork embedded into the file.

  6. We require a press pack in a .zip file that contains the radio show’s artwork in a customizable format (preferably .psd), general information about the show and its presenter, as well as photos and logos, if available.

Currently, we are working with over 2,200 radio stations, and this number is growing daily.

We collaborate with networks and larger radio stations, smaller and medium-sized local FM as well as online radio stations.

We cannot determine the exact number of stations that will broadcast your show, as it depends on various factors, such as genre and frequency. Generally, online radio stations are the first to subscribe to new shows because they have more flexible schedules than FM stations.

Yes, the minimum term of syndication is six months, as that is the minimum amount of time needed to evaluate how stations are picking up the show.

The best-performing shows depend on current radio trends, the show’s genre, and frequency. At the moment, pop, dance, and electronic music are trending. As for frequency, radio stations tend to prefer weekly shows.
