To access content (including music, radio shows, and imaging assets) from Syndicast, your radio station must be registered. Please note that we only provide services for genuine radio stations. Our content is only available to radio stations with a valid broadcasting license. If you run an online-only radio station, please check out the requirements here.
Step 1
Check the minimum requirements for registering if you are an online-only radio station here:
Step 2
Visit https://app.syndicast.co.uk/registration/for-radio-stations. If the “For Radio Stations” option is not already selected, please choose it as it is dedicated to radio stations.
Step 3
Enter the required information about your radio station. After you complete the registration, we will review the provided details and grant you access to our content:
a. Radio Station Name: Enter the name of your station.
b. Company/Legal Entity/Legal Person: Many radio stations operate under a different legal or company name. If your station does, please provide that name. If no company is associated with your station, like some small online radios, provide the name of the legal entity or individual responsible for the station.
c. Enter your first and last name.
d. Email Address: Only official radio station email addresses are accepted. Ensure the email you provide is associated with your radio station’s domain or can be found on its website.
e. Password: Create a password and confirm by re-entering it.
f. Check the box next to “I agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy” and then click on the “REGISTRATION” button.
Step 4
Check your email inbox and activate your account by clicking the activation link in the email.
Step 5
Provide the Required Information for Your Station
Upon your first login, you will notice a red box in the upper menu stating: “Before you start using the account, please complete your profile”. All provided information will undergo a review, and Syndicast will verify your profile. Click on COMPLETE PROFILE to proceed.
When you click on the COMPLETE PROFILE button, you’ll be directed to your radio station’s settings page. Here, you can update and manage all relevant information related to your station. Your radio station’s profile is considered complete when all sections under “RADIO STATION STATUS” are marked with a blue tick.

Step 6
To access our content, you’ll need to provide specific details about your radio station in the RADIO DETAILS section:
Radio Station Name (Required)
Company / Legal Entity / Legal Person (Required): Many radios operate under a different company name. If so, indicate that name. If there’s no associated company, provide the legal entity or individual responsible.
Country (Required): Select your radio station’s country.
Address (Required): Enter the station’s address.
Time Zone (Required): Select your station’s time zone. For example, if you’re based in Spain, select Madrid.
Email (Required): Enter your station’s official email. Ensure it’s affiliated with the station’s domain or is visible on its website.
Homepage/Main Site (Required): Provide the URL of your station’s primary website or platform.
Music Genres (Required): Indicate the music/content genres your station plays to tailor the content shown to you.
Broadcasting Details (Required): Specify your broadcasting type(s) and input all necessary details. For instance, if you broadcast on FM and online, select both “Online” and “FM”. Then provide the stream URL and FM frequencies, including the town or region.
Estimated Daily Listeners (Required): Select the number of daily listeners from the given options.
After completing all mandatory sections, our team will review your details. Approval typically takes up to one working day. Once approved, you’ll have access to our content. If additional information is needed or upon approval, we’ll notify you via the registered email address.
