How to verify your radio station

To get access to all of our radio station content, your station must be verified by providing proof of your radio station license.

The proof required is a document issued by your local music royalty collection society. This can be the first page of your contract or license, and it should include:

  • Radio station or company name (including your company’s legal form or your full name).
  • Address (street address or PO box, postcode, city, country).

If you use services such as Streemlion, Live 365, Zeno FM, Laut FM, Toronto cast (Canada), Stichting Webcasting Nederland (NL), among others, they often provide blank licenses that we accept.

Acceptable file formats include .jpg, .pdf, or .png. If you wish to upload multiple documents, please compile them into a .zip file. Rest assured, we treat all documents with confidentiality and will not share them with third parties.

Steps to Verify Your Radio Station:

  1. Navigate to your radio station’s settings page and click on the settings button in the top right corner.
  2. Select the “Profile” button.
  3. On the “myradiosettings” page, within the “RADIO STATION STATUS” section, you’ll notice your radio station is marked as unverified. To proceed with verification, go to the “RADIO STATION VERIFICATION” section and click on the pen icon.
  4. In the “Radio Station Verification” pop-up window, you’ll be prompted to upload your license proof. Click on “BROWSE”, then select and upload your file.
  5. Click on “Save.”

Once you successfully upload the document(s), we will review them. If everything is in order, we’ll verify your radio station within 1-2 business days. Should there be any issues, we’ll be in touch.
