Note before you start the submission:

You must have at least one PUBLISHED episode before you can submit your podcast and then get listed in any directories.
Make sure you HAVE ACCESS to the email address given in the RSS Feed Settings of your podcast in the Syndicast account.
Log in to your Syndicast account, go to your show’s page and COPY the “RSS Feed URL” of your podcast. (Make sure you copy the exact URL without spaces or any extra characters.) You will need this in order to verify that it’s your podcast.

Follow the steps in order to get listed in Spotify: (please note Spotify rejects music podcasts due to their copyright policy)

STEP 1 – Log in to, or register on, the Spotify for Podcasters website. We recommend creating a new Spotify account for your podcast rather than linking it to a personal account.

STEP 2 – Add the show by providing the RSS feed copied from Syndicast.

STEP 3 – You will be sent a confirmation code by email (to the email address you set up in the settings in Syndicast). Copy and paste it.

STEP 4 – Select the categories and other required fields and press “Submit”. Your podcast will be listed on Spotify in no more than 24 hours.

Spotify does not contact you when your podcast has been added though, so you’ll have to keep an eye on the Spotify podcast listings yourself.
