GET LISTED IN CASTBOX

Note before you start the submission:

You must have at least one PUBLISHED episode before you can submit your podcast and then get listed in any directories.
Make sure you HAVE ACCESS to the email address given in the RSS Feed Settings of your podcast in the Syndicast account.
Log in to your Syndicast account, go to your show’s page and COPY the “RSS Feed URL” of your podcast. (Make sure you copy the exact URL without spaces or any extra characters.) You will need this in order to verify that it’s your podcast.

Before submitting your podcast, please first check if your podcast is already available on Castbox.

Castbox supports submitting an RSS feed while claiming ownership of your podcast. Follow the three steps below to claim your podcast. Once claimed, your podcast will be available on Castbox. Please note that claiming ownership won’t change your hosting or syndication setting.

STEP 1

Sign in via the Castbox desktop site. Please register a Castbox account if you haven’t got one yet.

STEP 2

Go to Creator Studio. Under the “Channels” tab, click the “Claim ownership” button. In the pop-up window, paste your RSS feed in the upper text field.

Paste your email address displayed in your RSS feed and click “Submit”.

The email you entered must match with the email displayed in your RSS feed.

STEP 3

You will be sent an email containing the link for you to claim ownership.
Find the email in your inbox, and please check your spam folder if you can’t find it.
Click the link in the email. You will see the basic information about your podcast and a “Confirm” button.

When the claiming process is finished, you will be directed to Creator Studio, where you can associate your social media channels with your Castbox channel.

The landing page feature is a free tool to promote your podcast and boost your chances of it being discovered. Make it easy for your fans to listen to your podcast by getting it on their favourite streaming platform. You can use it on any device: desktop, tablet or mobile.
