1. Syndicated shows need to be “canned shows,” meaning they should be produced without any station identifiers, specific channel names, times, or dates mentioned.
  2. Episodes must include jingles, show IDs, and/or bumpers. Ideally, there should be an ID or sweeper every 5-8 minutes; otherwise, listeners won’t know what they’re listening to, and you won’t fully benefit from syndication.
  3. Episodes should be 60 or 120 minutes long, ideally 59 or 119 minutes. If episodes are longer, stations won’t be able to play them in full, will have to shorten them, or it will cause scheduling issues.
  4. Audio quality must be excellent and well-mastered, ideally around -1 dB.
  5. The audio file should be uploaded in MP3, 320 kbps format without embedded graphics.
  6. We will need a press kit (.zip format) containing editable show graphics (preferably .psd), general information about the show and host, as well as photos and logos, if available. For the complete technical requirements, please visit here.
